The creation of Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) on a statutory footing represents a unique opportunity to achieve lasting change to meet the often-complex health and wellbeing needs of inclusion health groups.

Pathway work collaboratively with ICSs to explore the potential of these new ways of working to tackle health inequalities. We also engage with commissioners and policymakers to make the case for these approaches as the most effective ways to reduce the impact of homelessness on NHS services and end the cycle of homelessness for more people.
