We are pleased to share details of the agenda for our September meeting of the Faculty’s Mental Health Subgroup. Firstly, we will be joined by two speakers from the national homelessness charity, Crisis. Georgia Leith (Senior Research & Evaluation Officer) and Joelle Cowie (Lead Psychologist) will share findings from an external evaluation of Crisis’s psychology services and give an overview of how the Charity is delivering psychology support to people experiencing homelessness via its frontline teams around the country. We will also hear about how the evaluation recommendations are shaping future plans to provide impactful psychological support for Crisis members.
Theo Jackson, Pathway’s Research and Data Lead, will share an update on how the government’s plan to deliver Neighbourhood Health is developing in different places, as well as some of Pathway’s thinking on the challenges and opportunities this presents for inclusion health.
If you are not already a member of the Faculty, you can sign up here. Existing Faculty members who would like to join the meeting can reach out to faculty@pathway.org.uk for an invitation.
