Theo works at Pathway as the data and research analyst.
Before joining Pathway, Theo worked as a co-ordinator in a shelter for homeless migrants in Copenhagen. His previous research work has focussed on charity effectiveness evaluations, with a specific focus on mental health.
Theo joined Pathway because of his strongly held beliefs that we live in a fundamentally unequal society, and those who are in the most difficult positions deserve help as a matter of social justice.
Outside of his work with Pathway, Theo is a keen basketball player, aspiring tattoo artist and is involved with local community organisation/activism in Lewisham.
