Sophie is the mental health and occupational therapy policy and practice lead at Pathway, having joined Pathway in January 2022.
Sophie has a broad set of roles within Pathway from supporting our Partnership Teams, to leading on co-producing our Lived Experience programme. As mental health lead, Sophie also coordinates the Faculty Mental Health network and supports a growing network of Occupational Therapists working in inclusion health.
Previously, Sophie co-led the SLAM Pathway team for seven years as an Advanced Mental Health Practitioner, including the evaluation of the pilot phase. Sophie has also worked in a health promotion role with sex workers and other inclusion health groups and as a senior OT in forensic psychiatry.
Outside of work, Sophie enjoys long-distance running and once represented England in an international cross-country competition.
