Mandy is Pathway’s Lived Experience Programme Manager, helping to support our Lived Experience volunteers in both online and in-person London based groups.
She strongly believes in the value of lived experience voices to help shape better ways of working around homelessness and health inequalities, when operating in equal partnership with Pathway in a co-produced way. Having had personal experience of homelessness, she also understands the empathy that is essential to building up trust amongst group members, enabling them to maximise the power of their insights.
Prior to joining Pathway, Mandy worked as a Co-Production worker for Oasis Community Housing, a homeless charity based in Gateshead and offering services in the Northeast and London.
