Jacqui is a Homeless and Inclusion Health Nurse at Pathway, having joined in April 2023.

She commenced her nursing career in Birmingham in 1985, working first in neurosciences before in 1995 taking on a role as a Community Nurse within an inner-city GP Practice that experienced high levels of deprivation and inequalities.

In 1998 she then moved on to working directly with people experiencing homelessness who also experienced a wide range of adversities that effected their health and wellbeing. She has had specific experience with developing addiction and Primary Care services for inclusion health, and prior to working with Pathway commenced developing a service within University Hospitals Birmingham for the safe discharge from hospital for people who were experiencing homelessness.

In her current role providing clinical support to the Pathway Partnership Programme, she continues to strive to enable change for those who experience inequalities in health care and support.
