Pathway encourages multidisciplinary models of care in which the provision of suitable and secure accommodation forms a key plank of any support package for people experiencing homelessness. Our continuing work in the area covers research and policy projects, including a focus on local Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) given the unique opportunity they present to achieve positive outcomes for people experiencing homelessness with regards to their health, social care and housing needs.
