The Faculty for Homeless and Inclusion Health’s 12th annual conference took place on the 15th and 16th in London, with additional online participation at regional hubs in Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham.
The conference brought together the latest national and international evidence and best practice in health, housing and public services for excluded people, and asked how can we make effective integrated services, starting with the individual’s needs, a reality in localities?
