Our 16th Annual Homeless and Inclusion Health Conference, Pathways from Homelessness, will take place over Wednesday 10th and Thursday 11th March 2027 in London, online and with viewing hubs around the UK in Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham.

Join Pathway and over 400 professionals from across healthcare, housing, local government, academia and the charity sector.

The conference programme will bring together the latest practice, policy, clinical and intervention work in inclusion health from within the UK and internationally.

Early bird tickets are available until 30th October.

Faculty members can access discounted tickets as a benefit of their membership.

Call for papers

The call for papers for the conference is open. We welcome all submissions, particularly those showcasing new research, innovative practice and service developments, including ideas for workshops, posters, films and PechaKucha presentations.

This year we are planning to allow more time for discussion and the sharing of ideas and best practice.  

We are particularly interested in contributions covering: 

  • Lived experience and co-production 
  • Inclusion Health and neighbourhood health 
  • Primary care and prevention Prison and probation health 
  • Homelessness prevention 
  • Health in housing initiatives 
  • Working across service boundaries 
  • Completed research and new evidence 
  • Supporting staff to navigate change 
  •  And other innovative work that advances inclusion health.
