Beginning in Autumn 2022, Pathway, with support from Groundswell and The King’s Fund, ran a ground-breaking collaborative programme between seven regional Integrated Care Services to explore the potential of these new organisations to improve outcomes for Inclusion Health groups, and replicate the excellence of particular places and services in providing quality care.
Of key interest to commissioners and policymakers looking to tackle health inequalities, the report stemming from this collaboration suggests steps towards an Inclusion Health route-map, in addition to presenting case studies of excellent practice and other learning from the programme.
