Pathway works with NHS staff to make health services better for people who are homeless. We do not directly provide health services.
If you are sleeping rough in London, or you are worried about someone who is sleeping rough, visit Streetlink
If you are homeless, or at risk of homelessness, you can access advice and support from Shelter.
If you are in need of medical help now, visit a general practitioner (doctor). You do not need an address or proof of address to register.
Most homelessness drop-in centres will be able to direct you to local health services and some may have a visiting doctor or nurse you can talk to.
You can check out common symptoms and health problems on the NHS Choices website.
For medical emergencies only call 999 or go to your local accident and emergency department.
